Cholla Wood is a fantastic and natural way to lower and buffer PH. It also has benefit for shrimps tank and shrimp love to graze for biofilm on the surfaces of the wood or hide in there while/after molting. To prepare the wood before putting in aquarium, simply boil it or soak in hot water for a day to remove excess tannins and to make it sink.
